If you are submitting a book review request, please include: Name (or pseudonym) that appears on your book, Email, Website, and Synopsis. You may also, additionally, submit a book excerpt if you wish. I will contact you back via email if I am interested in reviewing your work. I expect that you have read my Submissions Guidelines.
